She's growing up! Lily is definitely in toddler mode. :) In people years she's 3 years old and quite funny. She really LOVES to play. This is one of her favorite toys. She can be quite mischievous some days, other days she just wants to run in the yard in circles. Haha. I wish I had that much energy, quite frankly. I get a kick out of watching her do it. Still trying to put a little more weight on her. She's eating quite well but she burns it off quickly with how active she is. I just love her so much, she's still so wonderful with Rocco. It's amazing what best friends they are! Here are a few of Lily that I took today. Just love how her ears are laying at this stage. Too cute.

{365 Days - March 2011}
I am participating in a Flickr® 365 Days Project in which you take one photo per day for an entire year. It can be challenging and inspiring ... and most of all a great learning experience! I have really, really enjoyed this project so far and hope to continue and complete it! That's the goal! {Rhea's Senior Pictures}
Not only does she have a ridiculously cool name, Rhea pronounced "Ray-a" is drop dead gorgeous. She's a super sweet girl with a beautiful smile. She was super cooperative and we had a blast! Here are my favs from the session. And btw, I think she looks a bit like Angelina Jolie and for that I am entirely jealous! Lol. Of all the movie stars to look like.. I'm thinking she got a pretty good one to resemble!
{Thankful Thursday} Jasmine Oolong Edition
Jasmine Oolong.
I love tea.
I love coffee.
When I was a kid, my grandma and I had a ritual of "tea and coffee" where late at night after everyone else went to bed, we would get up and secretly have tea/coffee. Of course for me it was always decaf, whatever my choice was. But she'd let me load it up with creamer and sugar {provided I brushed my teeth again before bed} and we would sit and just talk. We would talk about how she missed my Grandpa. About life. About memories.
This is one of my favorite memories of childhood.
It's one of my favorite memories in life.
There's a whole other post really in order to fully explain how much I love my grandmother - which, I'm not sure I could even cover those depths in just some words on a page.
But just like I found comfort in that ritual, that tradition - I find comfort in tea, coffee, hot drinks. It's a time to sip on something that smells amazing, tastes even better, calms and soothes me and... takes me back to a happy place... my grandmother's kitchen table at midnight.
Today I bought some loose tea at Teavana. I bought the Jasmine Oolong blend. First of all, I love Jasmine. Love the smell, the taste - it's exquisite.
This Thursday I am thankful for tea. Treasured moments with my grandmother. And the ability to find simple joy... in a cup and in life.

{Baby Aiden}
This little charmer had some cute dimples and adorable blue eyes! He did so well and was quite the happy little bub! I loved his little hat and jacket. :) He has these big eyes that just pull you right in! Sweet baby. :) Here are some of my very favorites!
